Guidance on kitchen cabinets

Tall and base cabinets

The base cabinet is available in a standard height, while you can choose from three standard heights for tall cabinets:

T-tall cabinet height: 124.8 cm
H-tall cabinet height: 195.2 cm
J-tall cabinet height: 211.2 cm
A-base cabinet height: 70.4 cm

As you pick between base or tall cabinets, keep in mind that a standard plinth measures 16.6 cm and should be added to the cabinet height to get the complete measurement.

For HTH's base cabinets, the standard depth is 56.5 cm, aligning seamlessly with a 60 cm deep worktop.

Wall and top cabinets

When it comes to selecting top or wall cabinets, you can take full advantage of the vertical space in your kitchen. You have the flexibility to arrange your cabinets to your liking, and we offer four standard sizes:

F-wall cabinet height: 86.4 cm
D-wall cabinet height: 70.4 cm
C-wall cabinet height: 57.6 cm
R-top cabinet height: 35.2 cm

Top and wall cabinets are more shallow in depth compared to tall and base cabinets, which creates extra room and imparts a feeling of openness as the cabinets ascend. Overhead or top cabinets have a depth of 33 cm, providing ample storage. When installing your kitchen, we recommend a minimum clearance of 52 cm between the worktop and the bottom of the wall cabinets.

Get the cabinets tailored for your kitchen

Kitchens come in various shapes and sizes, and your cabinet dimensions might have distinct demands. Perhaps you're looking for a cabinet tailored to fit a unique corner.

If HTH's standard measurements don't align with your kitchen's specifics, there's the possibility to have cabinets customized to precisely match your needs. While customization offers flexibility, it's essential to bear in mind that tailored cabinets generally come at a higher cost compared to selecting cabinets with standard dimensions.
