Add colours to the kitchen
The kitchen doors are a combination of Base Fenix Laminate Green and Focus White with VH-7 grip grooves.
The green doors give a warm feel to the open kitchen and the colour changes in the light, sometimes appearing more grey than green, making the look very vibrant.
Model Base is available in 6 matt colours and has the great advantage that the material is both robust and soft to the touch.
Perfectly paired materials
Cabinet wall with unique detail
The kitchen cabinet wall is a unique detail in the open-plan kitchen. The cabinets are pulled out 6 cm from the wall and framed with a black moulding at the end.
In terms of design, this creates a graphic 3D effect that makes the open-plan kitchen interior unique.
Functionally, it means that there is room for ventilation without installing the traditional ventilation grilles at the top and bottom of the appliances.
Creating a cosy and inviting space
The kitchen's 246-centimetre long kitchen island is furnished with a dining area for two. This is where children often sit and socialise while dinner is being prepared, and it's also where guests sit down before dinner.
The kitchen island is designed in Focus White and consists of four 60-centimetre wide drawer cabinets on both sides, finished with a white laminate end panel.
The two green bar stools are from HAY and match perfectly in height, colour and expression.
Continuous worktop for a seamless look
The family wanted the worktop under the windows to be in one long piece with no obvious joints.
With a length of 4 metres and 47 centimetres, this was a challenge. The solution was a white laminate worktop that is 3 cm thick and can be delivered in the exact dimensions.

The family's two bathrooms are decorated in the same style as the open-plan kitchen, making the home feel cohesive.
