We take the protection of personal data very seriously and we want to ensure that your privacy is protected every time you visit our website. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about our working methods and your options regarding how we collect, process and use information about you. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use, form an integral part of your agreement with us. Capitalised terms that are not defined below are defined in the Terms of Use.

We process your personal data in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act. If you use third-party services (e.g. on Facebook) in connection with our service, the data policy of such third parties applies exclusively to their own services. 5. Disclosure to related parties or third parties
We may also share your personal data with other companies in our group and third party service providers who provide services to you on our behalf, such as infrastructure, IT services and customer service, as well as statistical analysis to enable them to provide such services. We will disclose personal data to HTH Franchise stores if you book a meeting or a 24-hour drawing with one of these via the website. In any case, we will not disclose your personal data to a third party without your prior consent, unless the courts or authorities order us to do so. Disclosure of information may be done, among other things, by means of internet-based technology. We do not intend to sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.
6. Information/corrections/blocking/deletion
You may at any time request information about, correct or delete the data held by Nobia Denmark.
Such a request must be in writing and include proof of identity so that Nobia Denmark can safely process the data of the person making the request.
You may at any time request to have incorrect or changed data corrected and/or deleted.

Terms of use for "My HTH"
1. Introduction
1.1. Thank you for choosing "My HTH", an online service where you can plan and find inspiration for your kitchen planning and save ideas, inspirational images and mood boards to help you design your own kitchen (the "Service"). The Service allows you to share your account with our staff who offer help and inspiration for the kitchen project. The Service is offered by HTH Køkkener A/S ("we", "us" or "our") as a separate password required area on HTH website (the "Site").
1.2. The following terms of use (the "Terms") contain the terms and conditions under which the Service is offered. These Terms are important and affect your legal rights and obligations, so it is important that you read them carefully. When you create a user account, you accept the Terms, which constitute an agreement between you and us with respect to the Service. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into an agreement with us for the Service.
1.3. We may change these Terms at any time. A pop-up window with a checkbox containing information about such changes will appear the next time you log in to your account. To continue using the Service, you must agree to the amended Terms (see also 11.4 below).
1.4. We may change or add new features to the Service at any time with or without prior notice. These new features will automatically be subject to these Terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, either temporarily or permanently (see also 11.3), with or without prior notice.
2. Registration, username and password
2.1. In order to use the Service, you must register a user account. You register the user account on the Website. Each user can only register one user account. Only you may use your login and you may not share your login details and/or account with third parties. You may log in to your user account from the Site using your login details or your Facebook details or as determined by us from time to time.
2.2. When registering, you must provide relevant registration information such as title, first name, last name, email address and password, see 10 below on our privacy policy. It is important that the information you provide at the time of registration is and remains accurate and complete, and that you update and change it on an ongoing basis where applicable.
2.3. The registration information is personal. You must protect the Registration Data from unauthorized access and you are responsible for any use of your user account. In case of suspected unauthorized access to your user account, or if your username or password is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. You may use the Service for the purposes set out in 1.1 above and solely in accordance with these Terms. You may not, and may not encourage, promote or induce any other person to:
i) use the Service or any portion thereof for any commercial or public purpose,
ii) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices or marks contained in or provided through the Service,
iii) use robots, spiders or other systems, devices or mechanisms to access the Service that may interrupt or disable or destroy the Service or content
iv) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or determine the source codes, algorithms or techniques of the Service or related infrastructure,
v) reverse engineer, modify, remove, upload or make available, alter or otherwise tamper with any security, encryption or other technology or software included in the Service or used in connection with the Service,
vi) use another person's username and password; or
vii) use the Service for any other illegal or improper purpose.
3,2. The Service offers limited storage space where you may upload, offer, publish, create, display, distribute or otherwise make available ("Publish") content, including, but not limited to, images, photos, data, videos, texts, comments and/or other material ("User Content").
3.3. We assume no responsibility for the deletion, failure to store or security of the User Content. We therefore recommend that you save your own copy of your User Content. We reserve the right to change our retention practices and rules at any time with or without notice.
4. Responsibility for User Content
4.1. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. Please note that you are responsible and liable for all of your own User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish the User Content on the Service and that such User Content or our use of the User Content under these Terms does not violate these Terms, the intellectual property rights of any other person and/or applicable law. For example, you may not post User Content or otherwise engage in activities in connection with the Service that:
i) may violate, jeopardize, encumber, restrict or in any way interfere with the ownership and intellectual property rights of our licensors or other users,
ii) may jeopardize or impair the usability of the Site, the Service and/or other users' accounts, including, but not limited to, spam, viruses, Trojan horses, worms or malicious code,
iii) are offensive, abusive, harassing, abusive, disruptive, threatening, discriminatory or pornographic,
iv) is misleading, fraudulent, false or otherwise deceptive; or
v) interfere with the Service, tamper with or attempt to scan or test for vulnerabilities in the Service or our computer system or infrastructure.
4.2. We do not screen, monitor, review or edit User Content. However, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us, we reserve the right to block or remove User Content without prior notice, including, but not limited to, User Content that we believe may violate these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of liability
While the Service is provided, we will endeavour to ensure that it is operational. However, you understand that you use the Service at your own discretion and that the Service is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranties or representations about the availability, quality or functionality of the Service. In particular, we do not warrant (i) that the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, (iii) that any information collected through the Service is accurate and/or complete, (iv) that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (v) that your User Content will not be lost or damaged.
6. Third-party content, websites, services, etc.
6.1. The Site, including the Service, may display or contain or make available content from multiple sources, including other users and third parties. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for such content from other users and/or third parties.
6.2. The Site, including the Service, may contain links to other websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for such websites or services or your interactions, if any, with third parties through such websites or services. Your use thereof is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
7. Reservations
7.1. All copyrights, domain names, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights used or displayed on the Site, including the Service, are owned by us and our licensors. In addition, all content (other than your User Content), information, data and/or documentation that we make available to you in connection with or as a result of the Service is owned by us and our licensors.
7.2. Other than the limited right to use the Service that you expressly have under these Terms, you do not have any right, implied or otherwise, to use our or our licensors' intellectual property.
7.3. You retain ownership of all rights, including intellectual property rights, in and to your User Content. We may only use images from your User Content in marketing materials if you have expressly consented to this. Terms and conditions for this use will of course be made available to you and you must agree to these prior to this use.
8. Compensation
You agree to, at your own expense, indemnify, defend (at our request) and hold us, our affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, distributors, suppliers, resellers and licensors harmless from and against any and all losses, expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) or claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of the Terms, laws or third party rights.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. Your sole remedy for any problems, dissatisfaction or damages arising from the Service is to stop using the Service and terminate your account.
9.2. If the limitation of liability in 9.1 is not permitted by applicable law, we shall be liable for damages resulting from willful or grossly negligent breach of our obligations or willful or grossly negligent breach of the obligations of one of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, or resulting from the lack of guaranteed product or service qualities.
9.3. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, we are, with the exception of the cases defined in 9.2, liable for damages that are typically foreseeable.
9.4. Any further liability is excluded. In particular, in no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, destruction or loss of data, non-receipt of data, business interruption or other business damage or loss which results from or may result from the use of or inability to use the Service, whether the claim is based on liability under contract or warranty or non-contractual liability (including negligence).
9.5. Nothing in these Conditions limits our liability under the applicable law for fraud, damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or damages resulting from such damages from any of our legal representatives or vicarious agents. Liability under the German Product Liability Act shall remain unaffected.
10. Privacy policy
We collect, process and use personal data within and for the purposes set out in our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). The Privacy Policy describes how we collect personal data, how we use and store personal data and how it is shared. The Privacy Policy can be read above.
11. Term and cancellation
11.1. These Terms are effective as of the date of registration of your user account and remain in force until your user account is terminated.
11.2. You have the right to terminate your user account and thus your use of the Service at any time and without giving reasons. The termination can, for example, be done directly on the Website.
11.3. We have the right to terminate your user account or suspend your access to your user account and thus your use of the Service at any time and without cause. You will be notified of the termination or suspension (as applicable) in connection with the termination or suspension.
11.4. Without limiting the general provisions in 11.3, we are entitled to terminate your user account and thus your use of the Service without prior notice if you
i) violate the terms and conditions of these Terms,
ii) do not consent to changes to these Terms,
iii) do not log in to your account for more than six months.
11.5. In the event that your user account is terminated, either by you or by us, the following provisions of these Terms will continue to apply: 3.3, 4.1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13.
12. General
12.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede and cancel all other prior written or oral, formal and informal agreements and communications, if any, in relation to the Service.
12.2 Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive that or any other provision herein. You may not assign or delegate these Terms or your rights or obligations under these Terms. Any unauthorized assignment is void. You acknowledge and agree that we may assign or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.
12.3 If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be invalid or unenforceable and the application of that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Choice of law and jurisdiction
Unless otherwise provided by the applicable law of an EU Member State or other jurisdiction, these Terms shall be governed by German law without regard to principles of conflict of laws or private international law. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising under these Terms shall be Esbjerg, Denmark. However, as a consumer in an EU Member State, you have the right to refer the matter to the court in the jurisdiction of your residence.
