HTH's guarantees go beyond the basic legal guarantee requirements. This is achievable because we oversee the entire process, from our own factories and stores to our delivery system and installers. We handle everything from design proposals to the final installation of your kitchen.

Additionally, HTH fully complies with the legal garanty requirements and follows all relevant consumer protection laws, including the 2-year right to file a complaint.

25-year guarantee on
what wears out the most

In the kitchen, daily activities can be quite demanding. Cabinet doors are constantly being opened and closed, while drawers are repeatedly pulled out and pushed in. To ensure that everything functions smoothly year after year, it's essential to use durable materials and quality components.

This is why we offer a 25-year guarantee on drawer sides, runners, hinges, and wire products, including the runners and metal fittings associated with wire products.

It's important to note that this guarantee does not cover waste systems, appliances, gas struts, taps, and electronic components.

Five years on the safe side

Your kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe come with a solid five-year guarantee. This warranty includes coverage for cabinets, specific worktops, sinks, taps (with a drip guarantee), handles, LED lighting, and built-in spotlights.

Two years on the rest
The remaining components of your bathroom, wardrobe, and kitchen, like appliances and pendant lamps, are backed by a two-year guarantee. Importantly, this guarantee doesn't restrict your consumer rights under the irrevocable regulations outlined in the Sale of Goods Act.

Our commitment goes beyond mere durability and sturdiness when it comes to your new kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe.

Supplemental guarantee

For added peace of mind regarding your model choice in the future, we offer a two-year supplemental guarantee on all drawer and cabinet fronts. This allows you to complement your kitchen for up to two years after the model has been discontinued.

Service guarantee

When you purchase your kitchen with HTH handling the delivery, our service system ensures speedy repairs if anything is missing or damaged upon delivery. If any errors or damages occur to your inventory, our service system ensures quick and efficient resolution.

Delivery guarantee

Our standard delivery time is typically two to four weeks. You'll receive the exact delivery date about a week before. Express delivery is available for an extra fee, taking only five business days from order placement. In-store pickup is free, but some models may not qualify for express delivery due to production constraints.
